As PanAm’s CEO, Dr. Stephan G. Stuparu brings over 28 years of broad experience in the project management and construction and holds a designation as Professional Engineer specialized in Structural and Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Stephan G. Stuparu professional status also includes over 15 years as a State and Federal-licensed Attorney. Dr. Stephan G. Stuparu is the founding Director of West Law Group Professional Corporation, a law firm based in San Diego, California. Dr. Stephan G. Stuparu completed his legal training through Purdue University/Concord Law School and New York Law School.
General Manager, Asia Division
Headquartered in Guangzhou and Hong Kong, Mr. Chen’s vast experience as a businessperson represents an invaluable asset to PanAm. His extensive knowledge of the Asian market dynamics, manufacturing and distribution chains, combined with a seasoned negotiation and deal-making capabilities honed over many years, make Mr. Chen a key executive in PanAm’s corporate team. Additionally, Mr. Chen oversees all of PanAm’s operations in Asia, warehouse-to-port.
General Manager Mexico
Mr. Joel Alvarez is a dynamic lawyer and businessman in Mexico with a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the Mexico emerging marketplace. Mr. Alvarez’s business acumen and relationship-building power are matched only by his enthusiasm and “outside the box” thinking, both indispensable traits to the continued development of PanAm’s presence within this rapidly emerging market.
VP Corporate Affairs
Dr. Boyd received her Juris Doctor degree at Santa Clara Law School, where she was awarded a Social Justice Certificate with an emphasis in criminal justice. She also received a Bachelor’s of Arts in anthropology and education from American University. Dr. Boyd is licensed with both State and Federal Courts and she has successfully defended clients in complex criminal cases as well as within her work on the Criminal Justice Act Panel. Dr. Boyd has also handled a wide variety of civil cases. Her expertise is of fundamental importance to the adequate development of PanAm’s operations.
V.P. Operations and Technology
Dr. Simina’s background in advanced physics, with a specialization in polymer composites, ensures that PanAm remains not only compliant with the high level of quality expected from its products but also with the complex regulations governing the manufacturing and commercialization of high-tech architectural composite systems. Dr. Simina graduated Law School through Purdue University and is a licensed Attorney in California.

Ms. Wong’s exceptional attention to detail and her proactive interaction with clients and client groups is matched only be her ability to provide solution to almost any client request or logistic challenges. Ms. Wong is a multi-lingual professional with a comprehensive understanding of international commerce and financial mechanisms. Same as every member of the executive team, Ms. Wong’s position is of exceptional importance to the development of PanAm’s business relationships.

Mr. Song expertly completes PanAm’s executive team through his dedicated and always knowledgeable approach to the firm’s human resources engagements, as well as to various marketing aspects including brand management and development. Mr. Song’s versatile and “outside-the-box” thinking process and inspired economic forecasts often channel PanAm’s resources in the correct direction while remaining aligned with the corporate vision and goals.
